Sales & Store Preparation System

A multi-tenant B2B platform built for retail and wholesale businesses in the MENA market, designed Arabic-first with full RTL support and an English toggle.

The system covers the full cycle: sales staff build an order by selecting a customer — contact details and delivery locations auto-fill — then add items where company, tax classification, and pricing pull automatically from the item master, with per-item color variants and live line totals. Orders are flagged by invoice type (ذمم / معلقات / نقدي) and urgency, then sent straight to the store, where prep tickets print to network printers over TCP/ESC-POS.

Each invoice tracks partial payments with automatic balance calculation and a full audit of who entered what and when. Historical invoices snapshot their pricing, so later changes to the item catalog never rewrite past records.

The dashboard gives owners real-time visibility: revenue trends, collected vs. outstanding, sales by invoice type and delivery method, top items and customers, and a live store prep queue powered by Supabase Realtime.

Built with strict tenant isolation via Postgres Row Level Security, so every business's data stays fully separate.

نظام مبيعات وتحضير طلبات ثنائي اللغة للشركات التجارية وتجار الجملة. المندوب ينشئ الفاتورة، والمستودع يستلم تذكرة التحضير مطبوعة مباشرة، وصاحب العمل يتابع الإيرادات والتحصيلات والذمم من لوحة تحكم حيّة.

نظام المبيعات وتحضير الطلبات

منصة متعددة المستأجرين للشركات التجارية وتجار الجملة في السوق العربي، مبنية بالعربية أولاً مع دعم كامل لـ RTL وإمكانية التبديل للإنجليزية.

يغطي النظام الدورة كاملة: المندوب يختار العميل فتُعبّأ بيانات التواصل والمواقع تلقائياً، ثم يضيف الأصناف حيث تُسحب الشركة والتصنيف الضريبي والسعر تلقائياً من بطاقة الصنف، مع ألوان خاصة لكل صنف وحساب فوري للمجاميع. تُصنّف الفاتورة (ذمم / معلقات / نقدي) وتُعلّم كمستعجلة عند الحاجة، ثم تُرسل للمستودع حيث تُطبع تذكرة التحضير على طابعات الشبكة.

كل فاتورة تتضمن شاشة دفعات مع احتساب تلقائي للمتبقي وتسجيل كامل لمن أدخل الدفعة ومتى. الفواتير التاريخية تحتفظ بأسعارها وقت البيع، فلا يؤثر تعديل الأصناف لاحقاً على السجلات السابقة.

لوحة التحكم تعطي صاحب العمل رؤية لحظية: تطور المبيعات، المحصّل مقابل الذمم، المبيعات حسب نوع الفاتورة وطريقة التسليم، أكثر الأصناف والعملاء مبيعاً، وطابور تحضير حيّ عبر Supabase Realtime.

مبني بعزل صارم للبيانات عبر Row Level Security، بحيث تبقى بيانات كل منشأة منفصلة تماماً.
