A complete call-center ordering system built for multi-branch restaurants. Agents receive customer calls, look up callers instantly by phone number, and manage delivery addresses mapped to zones — each zone carrying its own delivery fee and assigned branch. Orders are built on a fast, keyboard-first POS screen with categories, products, quantities, and notes, then sent straight to the kitchen: every branch runs its own network thermal printer (IP/port), and a custom-built print agent listens in real time and prints Arabic receipts the moment an order lands.

The admin side includes full management of branches, delivery zones and fees, products, and users, plus a rich analytics dashboard showing sales per branch, top-selling products, peak call hours, and top-performing agents — all filterable by date range.

The entire interface is bilingual (Arabic RTL / English LTR), fully responsive from mobile to desktop, and designed with a clean, modern SaaS aesthetic.

الوصف:

نظام متكامل لإدارة طلبات الكول سنتر للمطاعم متعددة الفروع. يستقبل الموظف المكالمة ويبحث عن العميل فوراً برقم هاتفه، ويدير عناوين التوصيل المربوطة بمناطق محددة — لكل منطقة رسوم توصيل خاصة وفرع مخصص لخدمتها. يُبنى الطلب عبر شاشة نقاط بيع سريعة مصممة للعمل بلوحة المفاتيح، بالأصناف والكميات والملاحظات، ثم يُرسل مباشرة للمطبخ: كل فرع مربوط بطابعة حرارية على الشبكة، مع خدمة طباعة مخصصة تستمع بالزمن الحقيقي وتطبع الفاتورة بالعربية لحظة وصول الطلب.

يتضمن النظام لوحة إدارة كاملة للفروع ومناطق التوصيل والرسوم والأصناف والمستخدمين، إضافة إلى داشبورد تحليلات غني يعرض المبيعات لكل فرع، والأصناف الأكثر مبيعاً، وساعات الذروة، وأفضل الموظفين أداءً — مع فلترة حسب الفترة الزمنية.

الواجهة بالكامل ثنائية اللغة (عربي RTL / إنجليزي LTR)، متجاوبة على جميع الأجهزة، ومصممة بأسلوب عصري أنيق.
